For over 15 years, I’ve been guiding teams and supporting them in doing their best work. From my early people-centric leadership roles at Apple and Microsoft to my current work as the creator of MyHypnosis - my focus has always been on empowering others to align their efforts and thrive.
During the upheaval of the COVID lockdowns, I deepened my expertise in mindfulness and mental wealth by certifying in hypnotherapy (which I like to think of as design thinking + guided meditation). This enabled me to help people break free from limiting beliefs, manage stress and burnout, overcome fears, quit harmful habits, and disrupt negative self-talk.
As an Experience Designer and Certified Hypnotherapist, I combine systems thinking, design thinking, Agile, Lean, and UX methodologies to help clients unlock innovative solutions and create lasting change.
